By accessing or using Tunog ("tunog.co", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Tunog provides hybrid human and AI-powered music management services including: artist profiles and EPKs, campaign management, playlist pitching support, gig coordination, analytics, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You retain ownership of all content you submit (music, artwork, bios, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Tunog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for providing our services. Tunog's name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property.
Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan. Payments are due in advance and are generally non-refundable. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
You agree not to: use the platform for any illegal purpose; upload content that infringes copyright or other rights; harass others or violate applicable laws; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the service in any way that could harm Tunog or other users.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from promotion efforts. Music industry outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
